'Werburh ili Wærburh (također poznata i kao Werburgh ili Werburga; ? - Trentham, 3. februar 699) je engleska svetica i zaštitnica grada Chester.

Rođena je u današnjem mjestu Stone (Staffordshire), i to kao kćer mercijskog kršćanskog kralja Wulfherea i njegove supruge sv. Ermenilde, kćeri kralja Eorcenberhta od Kenta. Najveći dio života je provela kao redovnica; obrazovanje je stekla zahvaljujući pratetki Etheldredi (Audrey), prvoj opatici Elyja i bivšoj kraljici Northumbrije.

Werburh was instrumental in convent reform across England. She eventually succeeded her mother Ermenilda, her grandmother Seaxburh, and great-aunt Etheldreda as fourth Abbess of Ely.

She was buried at Hanbury in Staffordshire and her remains were later transferred to Chester, of which church and monastery she became the great patroness (see Chester Cathedral). She is the last abbess whose name is recorded.
