Robert Bruce Spencer (27. 2. 1962. – ), američki islamofobni aktivist i teoretičar zavjere, jedan od najutjecajnijih antimuslimanskih propagandista u Sjedinjenim Američkim Državama.[1][2][3] Od septembra 2003. vodi blog Jihad Watch, jedno od glasila Horowitzevog Slobodarskog centra.[1][2][3] Spencer je samoproglašeni "stručnjak za islam",[2][3] međutim, stručnjaci islamskih studija nazivaju ga šarlatanom i ekstremistom.[1] U svojim internetskim i štampanim publikacijama, Spencer na sve moguće načine pokušava povezati islam s ekstremizmom i terorizmom, tvrdeći da su jedini pravi muslimani Osama bin Laden i njemu slični, odnosno da su njihovi neistomišljenici "manipulatori" i "lažni muslimani".[1][2][3] Spencer u SAD-u usko surađuje s brojnim drugim islamofobnim aktivistima, među kojima su Pamela Geller, Frank Gaffney i David Yerushalmi,[1] te s evropskim neofašistima i rasistima.[2][3]
