Julian Alexander Kitchener-Fellowes, Baron Fellowes of West Stafford, DL (lahir 17 Ogos 1949) ialah seorang pelakon, novelis, pengarah dan penulis skrip British, dan anggota Parti Konservatif dari Dewan Bangsawan.
