La stagione della NBA G League 2022-2023 è stata la 22ª edizione del campionato NBA G League.

Formato

Per la seconda stagione consecutiva, il programma sarà diviso in due parti: la Showcase Cup da 18 partite seguita dalla stagione regolare da 32 partite.^[1]

Durante la Showcase Cup le squadre vengono divise in quattro division regionali. Le squadre con la migliore percentuale di vittoria in ciascuna division, insieme alle successive quattro squadre della lega con le migliori percentuali di vittoria, avanzeranno per competere in un torneo a eliminazione diretta durante l'NBA G League Winter Showcase, dal 19 al 22 dicembre. Il 27 dicembre inizia la stagione regolare e le squadre vengono divise in due conference. Al termine della stagione regolare, le prime sei squadre di ciascuna conference si qualificano per i playoff della NBA G League.^[1]
