Joseph Rainey

Joseph Hayne Rainey (21 Juni 1832 – 1 Agustus 1887) adalah seorang politikus Amerika Serikat. Ia adalah orang kulit hitam pertama yang menjabat dalam DPR Amerika Serikat dan orang kulit hitam kedua (setelah Hiram Revels) yang menjabat dalam Kongres Amerika Serikat.
