This 10-story structure is positioned on Lake Tai, between Nanjing and Shanghai. The resort, rated 4½ stars, boasts 321 rooms, 37 villas, 40 suites, a presidential suite, parking facilities, a fitness and wellness center, four restaurants, a café, a children's pool, and rooms with terraces. The visionary architect Yansong Ma conceived the design, which was brought to life by the Shanghai Feizhou Group. As a franchise of Sheraton Hotels and Resorts, the hotel was completed in 2013 and achieved 3rd place in the Emporis Skyscraper Awards[3] for its exceptional design and functionality among newly completed skyscrapers that year.
