Red Bluff, settled in 1866, was a village located on the Arkansas River in Barraque Township, Jefferson County, Arkansas. In 1880, it had a total population of 74.[1] All that remains is an abandoned cemetery.[2]

Notable people

  • Moses T. Clegg (1876-1918),[3] a bacteriologist noted for his work in Leprosy
