  • King Kalakaua (wrote lyrics to "Hawaii Ponoii")[2]
  • Queen Liliuokalani (wrote more than 200 compositions)[3]
  • Leilehua Lanzilotti (The 2022 Pulitzer Prize Finalist in Music)[4]
