James Thomas Milling, Jr. (born February 14, 1965) is a former professional American football wide receiver in the National Football League (NFL). He played three seasons for the Atlanta Falcons.[1] He was drafted in the tenth round of the 1988 NFL Draft by the Falcons.[2]
