Chars (French pronunciation: [ʃaʁ] ) is a commune in the Val-d'Oise department in Île-de-France in northern France. It is located in the regional nature park of Vexin [fr].

Education

Chars has a single preschool, école maternelle des Tournesols,[4] and a single elementary school, ecole elementaire de chars.[5]
